BOUZID Mohamed (Lakhdaria (Algeria) 1929 - 2014) Oil on panel 46 x38 cm. Self-portrait Signed Mohamed BOUZID is an Algerian painter, born in 1929 in Lakhdaria (Ex Palestro) installed in Paris from 1994. He produced, at independence, the seal and the coat of arms of the Algerian Republic in 1963. Participated in many exhibitions, notably in 1964 at the Algerian Painters exhibition at the Museum of Decorative Arts in Paris. His last major exhibition was the retrospective at the National Museum of Fine Arts in Algiers.
