Having gained the master's degree on July 28, 1758, he settled in the district of Villeneuve, currently Bonne -Nouvelle.
In 1767, he was given the task of collecting goods from the estate of his colleague Jacques-Alexis Gauthier. His studio disappeared before 1782, although he still had a long time to live.
We know of pretty seats signed with his stamp.
