Antique Persian Tabriz Rug, 1920-1930, Iran, 252 Cm X 334 Cm, Hand-knotted Wool, Beautiful

Old Tabriz carpet from the beginning of the 20th century, circa 1920, 1930 in hand-knotted kork wool from Iran and measuring 252 cm x 334 cm long. This rug is very clean, the soft and thick kork wool knotted admirably and tightly reveals shades full of contrasts, a beautiful semi surrounded by a semi of large flowers and botehs placed on a pale yellow field, yellow to a light salmon surrounded by the most beautiful effect.
The unusual nuances underline this learned floral design in the great tradition of Persian art, inspired by the miniatures of the school of Tabriz, then capital of the Persian empire.
The fringes are clean and in good condition and finish this carpet of very good quality.
The kork wool is the softest wool, taken under the belly and under the neck of lambs.
This carpet dates from the 1920s-1930s, is in very good condition for its good advanced age, with very slight wear.
