"TAZA" sword with bowl and guard branch in silver, 18th century, LOUIS XIV -LOUIS XV. Atypical and personalized silver setting, hallmarked according to the legislation of the time on the guard branch at the height of the snake's head by 3 hallmarks including that of the furnisher to be identified (see photos). Oval pommel with chiseled decoration and rivet button. Chiseled and filigree fuse in chain. Asymmetrical shell frame bowl decorated with bat wings and snakes enveloping the donkey's step. Single guard branch unwinding into a figured snake riveted to the branch.
