"Pair Of Candelabra By Boin-taburet Paris After A Just-aurèle Meissonnier Model"
Goldsmith BOIN TABURET - Pair of candelabra and candelabra with 4 lights in silvered bronze after a model by Juste-Aurèle Meissonnier (1695-1750) in Louis XV style with rococo decoration and asymmetrical ornamentation. The four sconces ending in bobèche binets are finely chiseled with stylized foliage, foliage and flowers. These candelabras are a creation of the goldsmith BOIN TABURET; Emile Taburet, jeweler, exhibited in 1880 at the exhibition of the Central Union of Decorative Arts. His hallmark was crossed out in 1881. He joined forces with his son-in-law, Georges Boin antiquaire, under the company name "Boin-Taburet" around 1880. Together, they exhibited at the Universal Exhibition in Paris in 1889 where they won numerous medals .
