Marine Gun Tromblon Sign "b & Cie" XIX °

Blunderbuss type marine pistol, signed "B & Cie", English, XIXth century, circa 1830-1840. Percussion model with carcass and barrel in bronze. Tonnerre with sides bearing punch in oval "B & Cie", England. Chisel chiseled with stylized foliage, drop-type walnut stock. Hallmark of number under the thunder under barrel. Round bronze barrel, reinforced to the right of the barrel by relief bands machined in the mass and blundered by a reinforcing bead at the mouth. Trigger under trigger guard, hammer slightly offset, trunk carrying "V" sighting device on the top. Mechanism in perfect working order. Length: 20 cm.
