This watercolor on paper was done by André Fau.

André Fau born November 13, 1896 in Les Lilas and died January 31, 1982 in Paris, is a French painter, lyricist and poet.

A student of the École des Beaux-Arts in Paris, André Fau is attached to the Cubist movement.

He is buried in Paris in the Montmartre cemetery with his wife, the author Suzanne Denglos-Fau.
