Pair of oval miniatures painted on ivory slightly heightened with gold representing, the annunciation, the Angel Gabriel greeting the Virgin Mary interrupting her in her reading of the Bible to announce to her that she is destined to give birth to the son of God, taken from the work of Leonardo da Vinci and the representation of Saint Anthony of Padua in Franciscan habit with the infant Jesus in his arms surrounded by angels with a book and the white lily symbol of virginity. These two miniatures bear the signature of O. Zini. They are presented in frames in repoussé and chiseled solid silver decorated with two heads of winged angels, foliage foliage, flowers and foliage.
