French Louis XVI Period Veneer Rosewood «Sauteuse» Commode circa 1775-1780

A beautiful and decorative commode called «Sauteuse» in a precious veneer of Rosewood, Kingwood, buis, sycamore with inlaid herringbone frames, opening with two drawers. It rests on gorgeous four legs. Gilded bronze ornamentation, including lock escutcheons, drawer pull rings, and clogs.

Beautiful toped in White Carrara marble with a gorge.
