Pair of Louis XVI style baluster-shaped lamps in celadon porcelain. Body adorned with a medallion in a frame with floral motifs realized in white enamels. Mount in gilt bronze figurating a frieze of laurel leaves and a high-cut base in the corners.

Celadon designates both a color and a type of ceramic specific to China and the Far East. "Celadon Green": it's a color name designating a shade of green.
