Here is a real curiosity! Rare empty pocket table representing a dolphin wrapped around a coral surmounted by a large holy water font forming a box, all resting on a sculpted pedestal in the shape of a whirlpool and supported by three turtles. This remarkable little piece of furniture is in carved wood, made in the second half of the 19th century. The holy water font is lined inside with a beautiful and thick yellow-gold velvet adorned with a magnificent braid of trimmings. This charming and atypical piece of furniture is in good condition, it obviously has some traces of use and age. Note, the font cover is slightly inclined on the right side, this is due to the woodworking and does not present any inconvenience. Furniture extremely easy to position because light, while being perfectly stable. As rare as it is fun!
