Majolica - Sunflower forming cache pot, the base of the stem constitutes the base which bears the signature of Delphin Massier Vallauris AM

I had never seen this model and I didn't even know of its existence, however I have many catalogues of the manufacture and nowhere do we find trace of this sunflower, the Delphin Massier piece is simply spectacular (diameter 49 cm.)
