Roland Brice (1911-1989) and Fernand Léger (1881-1955) Based in Biot ( Alpes Maritimes) from 1951 to 1955, Fernand Léger worked with ceramics in the studio of sculptor Roland Brice. He begins with utilitarian pieces, vases, plates, in free forms and in the primary colors characteristic of the painter's work, before creating monumental wall bas-reliefs.
