Beautiful suite of white porcelain dessert plates from the BERLIN manufacture with enamelled fruit decoration in polychromy and gold flange embossing on the border.
The BERLIN-KPM manufactory has produced some of the finest hand-painted porcelain and these plates are an example. with the mark of the manufacture with the blue scepter next to a royal globe, with the initials KPM in red and the iron cross for 2 plates (see photos).
The royal porcelain factory in Berlin (in German: Königliche Porzellan-Manufaktur Berlin, abbreviated as KPM) was founded in 1763 by Fédéric II, known as the Great.
