"Louis XV Candy Bowl, Sterling Silver, 950 \\%, Brussels Circa 1890-1910"
Magnificent biscuit or candy bowl in solid 950 % silver, from the workshop of the Brussels goldsmith Auguste Feys. It is inspired by the twisted-sided decor, typical for Belgian coffee and chocolate pots from the Louis XV era, and was probably ordered to match one of these eighteenth-centurypots . It is engraved with two capital L's crowned with a prince's crown (Ligne, Merode, Arenberg?). Weight grams.
