Superb and large oil painting on panel by Pierre-Joseph WALLAERT at the end of the 18th century. It represents a metant animated scene where we see in the foreground several characters accompanying their cows. In the background on the right a farm and on the left a person kneeling at the foot of an ordeal. the whole against a backdrop of greenery and hills. Pleasant scene full of details, quality where the colors have remained bright all in excellent condition. Original gilded wood frame and frame on the back of the painting, signed lower right in the barrier.
