Object description :

"Rare Pair Of Late 17th C. Italian Doors/panels With Original Lacquers And Gilded Decorations"
Four doors that form two pairs, usable both as woodwork and as wall cabinets which still have their original 17th century lacquer: external frames in faux green marble and internal frames in ocher yellow on an aquamarine background.

The central decorations of the vegetable garland are executed in mission gold and are perfectly preserved. The furnishing elements of this style are typical of the Adriatic region, from the Marche to the Veneto.

There are signs of two locks on the back of the door, so originally two keys could be used to open it.

The dimensions x pair are: 93 x 165; the other 93 x 162.

The objects on offer have never been the subject of restoration interventions, but are still in excellent condition, especially in the patina and in the paintings which are preserved in their integrity. it is possible to have small interventions carried out personally.
