Signed Kees Terlouw lower right.
This work represents moored boats.
It is interesting that Kees Terlouw, a Dutch painter from Rotterdam who traveled all his life between the Netherlands and France, fits into both all the 17th century Dutch work around the Navy as a figurative art, but also in the movement of the impressionist painting of the end of the 19th century with this choice of the white sea.
This painting is in very good condition. Some discreet traces can be noted on the frame.
