  • Good condition, normal wear and worn coat of arms
  • Dim: 24.3 cm side; weight: 656g
  • Beautiful square silver bowl, with a polylobed outline, eight ribs and edged edges. It is decorated in its center with a coat of arms. Often grouped in pairs, this type of bowl, shallow, square or rectangular, was intended to serve fruit in compote.
  • Hallmarks: Under the molding: Charge; A Crowned, for Paris, 1762-1768 [1, n ° 445]; Wargen's mark: C crowned, for Paris, from July 12th, 1766 to July 14th, 1767;Master goldsmith: E, a chalice, M surmounted by a crown, for Etienne Moreau; On the molding: discharge: a blooming rose for large silver works, Paris, 1762-1768.
