Antique Art Nouveau Gold And Diamonds Cufflinks

Round in shape, old cufflinks each adorned with a bust of a woman whose headdress, neck and dress are set with rose-cut diamonds. The fastener is a jaseron chain with shells at the end. One of them bears the initials FH on the back which can be removed on request.
