Exceptional pendulum from the Empire period in gilded bronze with mercury, decoration of troubadour musicians with flute and Bandjo, very good quality of carving and gilding, in very good condition, original patina, signed by Le Roy horloger de l emperor N1, also called the clockmaker of the empire. Also watchmaker to the British crown, the Maison Le Roy a Paris became one of the Parisian references for the creation of clocks and travel clocks intended for officers of the Napoleonic campaigns. Here very beautiful model with an extraordinary decoration of musicians, musical lectern decorated with 3 swans, flowered facade decorated with cornucopias and garlands of flowers and ribbons. Rotating lectern with musical notes, enamelled dial signed Le Roy, watchmaker to the king in Paris. Complete movement to be revised, key missing and small cracks on the email due to winding. Nothing serious . Dimensions of: 45 cm high, 36 cm long, 12 cm deep. Very nice size large enough to make a nice decoration. Do not miss !! Very beautiful pendulum !!
