"Covered Sugar Bowl In Soft Porcelain From Mennecy, 18th C."
Oval sugar bowl covered in a quatrefoil shape on an adjoining tray in soft porcelain from Mennecy, with polychrome decoration of bouquets of flowers, purple mesh on the edge. The grip of the lid is in the shape of a flower and raised foliage. Marked DV hollow. 18th century. Height: 13 cm. Length: 22.5 cm. Faulty cooking under the tray, on the lid socket, a restored petal. Provenance: Janine Saladin collection.
