Magnificent ice cream or sorbet service from the Napoleon III period in solid silver (950 ‰) and vermeil. In a refined set of vermeil (gold) and silver, all the serving spoons (12 Pc)are engraved with winter scenes in the mountains. Charming snowy scenes with really adorable sparrows huddling together and taking refuge under an umbrella to protect themselves from the falling snow. Every spoon is different. Real little gems! The box (damaged) is adorned with a silver coat of arms of the Vincent de Saint Bonnet and Vaugelas family. The cutlery is in perfect condition - the vermeil is slightly used. Total weight 570 grams. Spoons: 14 cm - Serving cutlery: 23 cm and 27 cm respectively.
