Rare refreshing table in the style of Canabas (1712-1797) in mahogany and mahogany veneer, early 19th century. It opens with a front drawer and rests on finely molded arched legs joined by two spacers with curved sides; the feet end with bronze casters. The top consists of a part in recessed veined white marble, the other multi-lobed part is equipped with two silver-plated buckets and two ovoid-shaped cutlery reserves. Very elegant and sober piece of furniture, characteristic of occasional furniture designed by Canabas which was inspired by English productions. Cooler in good general condition with used restorations, renovated buffer varnish.
