Composed of numerous compartments and secret drawers, this astonishing piece of folk art furniture was designed in cut walnut wood and sometimes guilloche then decorated with chopsticks and nails. The interior is fully dressed in wallpaper and velvet. Unique piece. France, second part of the 19th century.
