"Marie Gregory Lidded Glass Box"
"Marie Gregory" decor box. The production of the so-called "Mary Gregory" glass began before 1880, but this name was only applied to it in the 1920s. This decoration is named after an American glass decorator who worked in the Boston and Sandwich Glass Company from 1880 to 1884. European productions were mainly made in the glass towns of Bohemia.
