Pendant: portrait of a marshal of the 1st Empire and his wife signed Pierre Dejean, on wood panel. Pierre Dejean is a French painter born December 13, 1919 in Bordeaux. He appeared at the Salon de la Jeune Peinture in 1955, 1956, 1957 and 1958 and participated in the Prix Antral and the Prix de l'Ile de France exhibitions. Member of the National Fine Arts. Personal exhibition in 1958 in Vienna, 1959 and 1971 in Paris, some of his works have been acquired by the State and the city of Paris. Dimension without frame of each panel H22 cm x L15.2 cm, with frame H38.5 cm x L32 cm.
