"Pyrogen In Bronze From The 19th Century."
This bronze pyrogen with brown patina dates from the end of the 19th century in the Napoleon III style. This object represents a monkey in a Gavroche dress with a jacket decorated with mother-of-pearl buttons. In front of the monkey is a box containing the new matches, it features a chest placed on a trestle. To the right of the monkey is a stool with pierced mulch that can be used as a scraper for matches, to the left of the monkey is placed a pot to receive used matches.
