Architecture in white marble decorated with a chiseled ornamentation in gilded mercury bronze of very good quality and patinated bronze.
Each column is adorned with an Egyptian bust caryatid. Entablature decorated at the top of an eagle resting on a rock furrowed by a snake. Sphinx distributed at the ends. Large domed white enamel dial accompanied by finely worked bronze hands. The space between the columns is occupied by a pendulum chiseled with two butterflies. Base set with a bas-relief with sets of cherubs and rocases on the front and sides.
Original mechanism without modification, wire suspension, hour and half hour strike on old bell.
Perfect authenticity and a remarkable state of conservation.
