Toudesh is the first workshop to weave Nain rugs Of unique quality but in small production. Origin: exceptional and very fine NAIN-TOUDECH (Iran) imperial workshop Age: around 1950/1960 Dimensions: 266 x 150 cm Density: around 9,000 to 9,500 knots per dm2 Technical characteristics: velvet in kork wool, high quality lambskin, flowers surrounded by natural silk, cotton warps, weft and fringes. Observations: very good condition. Nain Toudech are highly sought after and highly prized. They are identified with the terminal red edging.Description: midnight blue field with flowered palm leaves enhanced with silk in the shape of geometrically stylized exploded diamonds.Triple borders including the main ivory with decoration reminiscent of the central field.
