"Game Table, Port Furniture, Nantes XVIIIth Century"
Louis XV game table in solid mahogany, the top of a single, removable board is inlaid on one side of maple squares to simulate a chessboard. It is surrounded by a molding with double rolls. The interior of the table is inlaid with a game of backgammon. It opens with two small side drawers, the molded and scalloped crosspieces are connected by a curved and molded base which ends in a volute foot. Two slides of a drawer replaced, a dozen chips with the table.
