Pair of gray-green lacquered beech armchairs stamped by Jean-Baptiste Demay. Empire period, early 19th century.
Master cabinetmaker: Jean-Baptiste Demay, got his master on February 4, 1784.
Stamped: Demay Rue de Cléry, the stamp used after the Revolution.
