Object description :

Very rare stools in solid mahogany and mahogany veneer. Directly inspired by the collections of Percier and Fontaine. in fact this stool that we offer is a unique piece of antique shape. foot call "Jacob" on the X spacer sides joined by a Round shaped target. the crosspiece which surrounds the seat undoubtedly reminds us of the breastplates of the Roman emperors. the peculiarity of this seat and that it has side panels flared outwards. Carve small matches at the ends, and lotus flower. Notice to collectors! Sold in the condition in which we found it. It goes without saying that it will be Andre's first to change the fabric so that it regains all its splendor. Attributed to Jacob (JACOB, FAMILLE D'ÉBÉNISTES (1765-1847) where pay yourself a small price to please an amateur, so delivery will be paid by the buyer.
