"Portrait Of A Dandy In His Library, XIXth Painting Signed Ferdinand Birotheau, Dated 1851"
We present to you this large portrait of a dandy, rectangular view. Our man is dressed in a dark evening dress, a pair of fresh butter-colored gloves in his hand. He is leaning on a table draped in green where a few volumes stand up, in the background a purple hanging reveals an amplified library of volumes. Our proud man takes the break, his blue eyes are very present, he is dressed and styled according to the taste of the time. Our painting is in a very good state of conservation and has just undergone a lightening of varnish, cleaning, and varnishing to preserve the pictorial layer. The work is highlighted in a beautiful stucco and gilded wood frame, beautiful ornamentation.
