On the back of the wooden panel, wax seal from a gallery (Oude Vlaams Galerij) and label with an attribution to the painter Pieter Neefs. It is either Pieter Neefs I (born around 1578 and died around 1656) or more probably his son and pupil Pieter II (1620 - 1675).
