From 1956, Madeleine Leclerc exhibited at the Salon des Indépendants as well as the Salon des Non Figuratifs or Salon des Réalités Nouvelles, founded by Sonia Delaunay and Auguste Herbin.
This fair was held at the Museum of Modern Art in the city of Paris until 1969.
