"Wmf Art Nouveau Ewer 1900"
Very elegant ewer from the Art Nouveau period, created by Albert Mayer around 1905-1906 for the goldsmith WMF in cut crystal adorned with a silver pewter frame with a rich decor animated by nymph profiles inscribed at the base on the on two sides, the detached lateral upright forms a vegetable motif handle in whiplash ending at the neck with a stopper on a flowery filling in the pure Art Nouveau spirit in the style of Majorelle. Dimensions: 24 cm high X 11 cm wide. Signature showing the hallmark of the brand and various letter and monogram (see photo).
