Born in 1877 in Paris, died in 1950. Painter of landscapes, port landscapes, marine, watercolorist .
He was the son of Paul Lecomte and his pupil, also studied with Cormon at the School of Fine Arts in Paris.
He was a painter for the Ministry of the Navy.
He appeared in Paris, at the Salon of French Artists of which he became a member in 1902.
He obtained a gold medal.
