Rare jewelery or documents box?, In solid wood (fir)., Partially inlaid with fruit woods (walnut, plums, etc.) in the niches, on both sides. The architecture of the surface (cassettes, central arch and pilasters all enhanced) and made in geometric and vegetable marquetry, partially tinted in black and green. Sublime German work, probably Nuremberg, from the end of the 16th century. In authentic, damaged condition (lack of the marquetry on its cover and some minor losses to the pilasters and arcades. reconstructed moldings below.
