"Important Copper Hot Water Fountain, Directoire Period, Late 18th Century"
Rare is a large hot water fountain and its copper tray, resting on four arched feet. It has a bronze tap and carved wooden handles. It dates from the time of the Directory at the very end of the 18th century. Uncommon object that has come down to our days, belonging to Tableware. We had its hot water fountains on consoles in the dining rooms to have hot water at all times. Private collection. In perfect condition. Dimensions: h. 63 cm x W 45 cm x D 33 cm.
