Rare sculpture of Saint Venice in gilded wood, 18th century. Venice could also be the Christianization of Venus, Roman goddess of femininity, venerated in Gaul. She is often depicted in a partially naked bathtub, which is rare in Christianity. It is presented in a standing basin provided with handles.
