Saber for children, officer type, model 1882, with engraved blade, XIXth century. Child's holding saber, type of infantry officer, model 1882, iron frame with 4 secondary branches, filigree horn wrist. The mount is mounted on a triangular sword blade from the 18th century. Blade with small spots of oxidation, engraved with a crowned eagle, flowers and the motto "SEMPER VIRTUS, SEMPER VICTOR" & "LEIDS" - (Always powerful, always victorious). Without scabbard, total length: 69 cm, Blade length: 59 cm. Good state of conservation and use, in its own juice, see photos. Shipping costs included for France.
