"Japan, First Half XIXth Century Or Earlier, Porcelain Plate Decor Khakiemon."Japan, first half of the 19th century or earlier, very beautiful and unusual porcelain plate with an enamel decoration of khaki type. Two waders evolve in a plant and floral environment. The marli is richly decorated with a frieze in shades of red ocher; punctuated with flowers and foliage. The right half of the center of the plate is occupied by a skillfully arranged composition representing a flowered barrier. The two waders, decorated with a white enamel in relief, occupy the top and bottom of the left part. The parts judiciously left in white without decoration, in particular in top on the left participate in the development of the subject. The edge of the wing is covered with a beautiful caramel brown enamel. The reverse is not to be outdone; also adorned with a very fine rotating floral and plant decoration. A light heel gently enhances the piece, giving it grace and lightness. Under the reverse, mark of the workshop or of the Master in blue under cover in a double square. Good condition, no shine, no cracks. Just some slight normal wear and no impact. Diameter 21.3 cm. IMPORTANT: CURRENTLY POSSIBLE DELIVERY IN COLISSIMO. MAINTAINING SERVICES WITH POSSIBILITY OF DELAY.
