This elegant and rare bench was created in Venice (Italy) in the first half of the 18th century, between the Louis XIV and Louis XV taste. The structure is made of finely carved wood, that is lacquered in light blue-green and golden.The four carved legs, with phytomorphic decorations in the joints, are connected by a cross-section with moving and arched lines at the centre of which is carved an element with leafy ornament.The seat, shaped and following the line of the move legs, is padded with green fabric.
