Adrien Schulz (1851 - 1931) is a pupil of Emile Dardoize and Hector Hanoteau. He lives in Montigny sur Loing; close to Sisley who was in Moray sur loing. He exhibited from 1876 at the salon of French artists and the salon d'automne. He painted views of the Fontainebleau forest and the banks of the Marne. Here 4 landscape panels in this environment representing the 4 seasons. Impressionist trend and close to the Barbizon school in some ways. New frames in perfect condition. Oils on panel.
