The Mae Starr Doll, an American talking doll produced by Averill Manufacturing Co New York City in the 1920s, has interchangeable celluloid cylinders.
It is in good condition except for a few shocks at the end of the toes of the left foot. The petticoat and dress clothes are stained in places.
