Diorama, Half Hull, Sailor's Work, Late 19th. flag

Object description :

"Diorama, Half Hull, Sailor's Work, Late 19th."
Diorama representing a three masts, half hull and wooden sails, painted plaster sea, in a harbor entrance. Overall very naive just like this kind of object. The name of Joséphine can be compared to a Nantais trading boat known for its speed (cf. Louis Lacroix "The last verges of ebony"). Late 19th century.
