Revolver with spindle, cutlass signed "LE PAGE & FRES à LIEGE", circa 1860-1870, XIX °. Rare and imposing open frame revolver with pin, operating in single action. Smooth octagonal barrel, 14.5 cm long, surmounting a long and thick solid blade, suitable for striking size and thrusting, see being used as a slaughter saber. Blade with 1 cutting edge type "BOWIE" of 27 cm in length and 3 cm in width. The barrel is an integral part of the blade and it is engraved on the upper edge "LE PAGE & Fres à Liége". 12 mm caliber revolver, spindle cartridge. The frame is marked "DUMONTHIER-SGDG patented" and the number "30". Finger rest trigger guard, wooden stick plate and iron cap with strap ring. Single action mechanism in perfect working order.
