"Flemish School, Allegorical Scene "autumn" Oil On Wood, XVIIIth Century"
Sublime allegorical painting, representing a scene of delicate bourgeois interior, animated by two people (young woman with a bottle and a glass of wine in her hands, with a young boy holding a basket of cherries), positioned behind a console, showing 3 young bacchantes with a goat. Oil on wooden panel (oak), Flemish School (Leyden?), Probably: Louis de Mani (1698-17771), in the style of "Dou, Netscher, Mieris". Good condition after restoration (small retouches and revarnish). Very beautiful Sicilian frame, posterior: Late XIXth Century,(Napoleon III).
