Small giltwood pier glass, Louis XVI period. Oil on panel, allegorical scene, animated by six cherubs. Pediment decoration, artistic attributes of music and painting (lyre, trumpet, painter's palette). Recent restoration by craftsman, resumption of gilding, cleaning and refinishing of the paint. Charming little pier glass, very decorative.
